OBAMA IS SO RIGHT ABOUT THE "HEALTH INSURANCE CARTEL".
tHEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HUNDREDS OF DEATHS AND SUFFERING IN AMERICA FOR THEIR WALL STREET PROFITS- IT IS TIME TO REPEAL THEIR EXEMPTION FROM ANTI-TRUST LAWS. THIS ALONE WOULD HELP BRING DOWN COSTS!

I do not understand why with everything going on you still do not get it.People are pissed off and you still want to blame Bush. Wake up and stop acting like a ninth grader,your not 15. If you haven't read "The Family" by Jeff Sharlet you would enjoy it I think. It wasn't really enjoyable for me but scary. Now whenever a Conservative or Republican political person is in the news for something questionable I wonder if they're members. Because the organization is secret or "invisible" as they say I haven't found out any way to learn who the members are other that those cited in Sharlet's book or mentioned in the regular news, ie, Sanford, Ensign, Coburn, Vitter, Chuck Colson, pete Dominici and Republicans (mainly) dating back 70 years. There are also corporate heads and lobbyists who are members.

America needs to get off the couch pay attention let their voices be heard.
Your goverment is now telling corporate america how to run their business, tell you what health care you will receive is being debated, taking care of folks that are not in this country legally, running this country into bankruptcy with outrageous spending. This is change....wake up America! Rights are being slowly taken away. Why isn't anyone yelling out loud in this country

Those proposing a draconian reform of the whole Medicare and Medicaid in this Country have lost track of a fundamental rule in Management, i.e. " Don't try to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear." These two systems require a bottom to top analysis to identify and stop all the waste, fraud and abuse in these programs before we ever try to build a new one on these shaky foundations. The current rules and procedures waste millions of dollars every day in duplicate billing, payments, and overly complicated recording, reporting and reimbursements. A recent review and analysis of just one large section of these systems identified millions of dollars spent every year on fraudulent claims alone.

Let's tell our government officials and elected representatives that a Reform of Medicare and Medicaid has to include a cleanup of these two massive and inefficent systems before we go any further. We want to fix what is broken before we try to ride in this wagon.
